1. Introduction

Welcome to the Spirit Rescue Center (SRC). By enrolling in our training programs, accessing course materials, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the student or participant) and the Spirit Rescue Center, and are designed to ensure ethical conduct, clarity, and integrity within our educational environment.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses, training programs, certifications, and related services provided by the Spirit Rescue Center.

2. Course Information & Enrollment

2.1 Accuracy of Course Information

All course descriptions, pricing, schedules, and availability are accurate at the time of publication.
The Spirit Rescue Center reserves the right to update course content, modify structures, or amend schedules at any time without prior notice in order to maintain educational quality and relevance.

2.2 Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment requires agreement with all stated prerequisites, ethical guidelines, and program requirements.
Some live courses may require a minimum number of participants. If enrollment requirements are not met, the course may be postponed or canceled.
If enrollment is declined by the Spirit Rescue Center, any payment made will be refunded in full.

2.3 Course Cancellation & Withdrawal

The Spirit Rescue Center reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a course if participation falls below required levels.
If a course is canceled by SRC, students will receive a full refund.
If a student withdraws after receiving access to course materials, no refund will be issued.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Terms

Full payment must be completed prior to receiving certification.
Accepted payment methods are listed on the website and in enrollment confirmations.
Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs, no refunds are issued once course access has been granted, including but not limited to:

• Personal circumstances preventing completion

• Dissatisfaction with course content after access

• Inability to complete coursework for any reason

3.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if a verified technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by SRC support.
All exceptions are at the sole discretion of the Spirit Rescue Center.

3.4 Agreement to Terms

By submitting payment and accessing course materials, students confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Student Conduct & Participation

4.1 Code of Conduct

Students must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, fellow students, and the learning environment.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or non-compliance with SRC guidelines will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

4.2 Ethical Standards

All students are required to adhere to the Spirit Rescue Center’s ethical framework, including confidentiality and responsible spiritual practice.

4.3 Disciplinary Action

Violations may result in:

• Formal warning

• Temporary suspension

• Immediate course removal without refund

5. Certification & Course Completion

5.1 Certification Requirements

To receive certification from the Spirit Rescue Center, students must:

• Complete all required modules

• Successfully pass assessments or evaluations

• Have the program payment made in full.

• Adhere to SRC ethical standards

5.2 Certification Revocation

Certification may be revoked if a practitioner:

• Violates SRC ethical guidelines

• Misrepresents training or credentials

• Teaches SRC proprietary methods without authorization

6. Confidentiality Agreement

All training content, case studies, and instructional material are confidential and proprietary.
Students agree not to share, distribute, or disclose course materials outside the Spirit Rescue Center.
Violation of confidentiality may result in certification revocation and removal from programs.

SRC maintains confidential student records and may record live training sessions (e.g., Zoom) for educational and ethical purposes.

7. Energetic Safety & Spiritual Responsibility

Students are taught energetic protection and safety practices as part of training.
Students are expected to follow SRC protocols when engaging in spiritual or rescue-related practices.
Working outside of SRC training guidelines may invalidate certification or ongoing affiliation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, manuals, meditations, techniques, written materials, and proprietary methods—is the intellectual property of the Spirit Rescue Center.

Students may not:

• Reproduce or distribute materials

• Teach SRC methods without written permission

• Modify or resell content

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Concerns should first be addressed directly with the assigned instructor or support contact.
If unresolved, a formal written complaint may be submitted for review by SRC management.
Decisions made by SRC following review are final.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The Spirit Rescue Center respects student privacy.
Personal data is collected solely for educational, administrative, and certification purposes.
Student information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or commercial use unless legally required.

Students may request access to their records at any time.
